Who pays customs fees?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Although Rasa does pay shipping fees, we unfortunately don't have a way of knowing if additional fees will be charged or how much they will be - nor do we have a way of paying customs fees when they occur. If customs fees are charged on your order, you will be responsible for paying these charges.
